1-on-1 Goal Session
No-Obligations

Because you're paying for a coach, not a room. Your coach writes your program, watches your form in every session, and adjusts your plan monthly based on your InBody scan. A class instructor can't do that for 25 people. Per session it works out to about $38 to $44, which is less than most drop-in classes nearby and a fraction of a private trainer.
Because after 40, the biggest health risks are the ones that come from losing muscle. Adults can lose up to 8% of their muscle mass every decade starting in their 30s and 40s, and that loss is what leads to falls, fractures, weaker bones, and losing the ability to do everyday things on your own. Strength training is the one thing shown to reverse it.
The numbers are hard to argue with. A 2022 review of studies covering hundreds of thousands of adults found that 30 to 60 minutes a week of muscle-strengthening activity is associated with a 10 to 17% lower risk of dying from any cause, and lower rates of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Exercise programs that combine balance, functional, and resistance work, which is what we do at Alloy, reduce falls by about a third. One in four Americans over 65 falls each year, and the average hospital stay for a fall injury costs over $18,000.
Look at it as insurance you actually enjoy using. A year at Alloy is about $4,800. Compare that to what inactivity costs: physically active adults spend roughly $1,500 less per year on health care than inactive adults, one fall-related hospital stay averages $18,658, and that's before counting the cost of a hip fracture, a diabetes diagnosis, or needing help at home earlier than you planned.
The bigger return isn't a dollar figure. It's carrying your own groceries at 75, getting off the floor with a grandkid at 80, and staying in your own house instead of someone else's. Strength is what makes all of that possible, and it's the one thing you can't buy later. You have to build it now.
